Where We Come From
Started in 1974 as M.W. Reynolds Construction Company, a remodeler and custom home builder with a staff of three, the company has grown and evolved into one of San Diego's most prominent and respected builders. Featuring a management team with over 140 years of combined experience, headed by founder and president Mike Reynolds, the Reynolds team has built more than 3,500 homes in Southern California and Arizona, along the way earning a stellar reputation within the building industry and with satisfied homeowners for quality of product, unmatched integrity and the highest of ethical standards.
Among Reynolds Communities' most distinguished neighborhoods are The Masters Collection at Steele Canyon and Emerald Point in Rancho San Diego, Dolphin Cove in South County, The Desert Collection at Shadow Hills in North Indio, and Sun River, Sun Crest, Blackwolf and Ponderosa Estates in Alpine.
